Print this page to get the fax form, then follow these 3 easy steps to customize your own fabric.

Step 1: First, choose a sample from the Hatti catalog:

  1. Go to Hatti Design Products page.
  2. Scroll down to see the Catalog of ready-to-manufacture designs.

  3. Find a fabric you'd like to begin with.

  4. Hold your mouse over the fabric sample image to display the sample details and copy the SKU# onto the fax form.

  5. Right click on the fabric sample image and select the print option to print this sample image.

Step 2: Next, choose what you'd like to change:

  1. Fill out the custom design details table on the fax form, indicating what colors or design elements you'd like to change.

  2. Using the space below the image of the sample you printed, note the row number from the table and draw a line to the associated area on the printed sample.

Step 3: Fax in the form to receive your customized sample:

  1. Fax the completed form and the printed fablic sample to +1 (801) 761-6173.
  2. Don't forget to include the special offer code to get 60% off the sample. Don't have the code? Request one from us.

How to use this form

  5. Right click on the fabric sample image and select the print option to print this sample image.

Step 2: Next, choose what you'd like to change:

  1. Study the sample image you just printed and consider what changes you would like to make this your own design.
  2. Fill out your custom design details, indicating what colors or design elements you'd like to change.

Step 3: Fax the form to receive your customized sample:

  1. Make sure you have filled in your personal details above.
  2. Fax this completed form and the printed fablic sample to +1 (801) 761-6173.

  1. Describe what changes are desired in the table below.
  2. Using the space below the image of the sample you printed, note the row number from the table and draw a line to the associated area on the printed sample.
  3. Please use only Pantone color information
  4. Add any further comments that will help us understand to the comments section below.
  5. If you need more space, please add another page with your additional comments.
