Quick Response allows Hatti to take exceptionally small orders and to execute them exceptionally quickly by focusing on reducing the set-up time rather than reducing the incidence of set-ups.
Quick Response focuses on improving the turnaround time in the major set-ups required during the manufacture of the embroidery. To embroider a piece of fabric, a multi-head, multiple thread computerized embroidery machine is used. The textile is placed on a frame and the design is programmed into the computer. The primary of focus of Quick Response is to significantly lower the time spent setting up for any design change. We have been able to dramatically lower the time it takes to set-up the system to manufacture your order. We've lowered the time from an hour or more to just a few minutes by introducing appropriate work practices and procedures and by using the expertise gained from many years in the manufacturing industry.
